Groddle Field Notes · Music

Street music

Every region of Ur had its own set of tunes, and one of them played whenever you walked in. Those loops were never archived, but the music Tiny Speck published for everyone to download survives, and Groddle Afternoon plays it in the places it fits. Press play on any track.

What survives

Glitch played its street music from a library of loops on Tiny Speck’s servers, and none of those files were saved when the game closed. What survives is the music on Tiny Speck’s downloads page, released into the public domain with the rest of the game. The remake plays each track in the regions it was written for, and fills the others with the closest in mood; the places under each track are the remake’s choices.

The six Musicblock tunes from the same page are on the Musicblocks page, with the rest of the Musicblocks.

The tracks and their titles are Tiny Speck’s own, from its Glitch downloads page.
